Minor... uh oh!

Its just under 2 weeks until my Minor shoot and I have only just got an idea! I've just been home in search of some inspiration, and found some from my little kitten Lilly! She gave me the idea of making a film through the point of view of an animal. This i though is not enough so there has to be a twist. Taking inspiration from the video for Prodigy's 'Smack My Bitch Up' (where throughout the film the audience thinks they are in a man's body, but later find themselves to be in a woman's) I thought the twist to be something like the dog turns out to be a man.

I thought this would make a good music video so I set out to find a song to fit it. After my meeting with my Production Tutor Nick I realised that you shouldn't do music videos in this way. Nick also suggested i just use this as a narrative to short film and make it really twisted, although some of the ideas suggested were a bit to extreme (making the dog-man and ethnic minority or someone with a severe disability). I want to make it more comical, anyway, watch this space...
